Unions Epic Win Against Albion in 94 in Classic Games
Saturday, 9 June 2007

Union's amazing win in the gloom and darkness against Albion in the first Borton Cup Final in 1994 has been included as one of the classic games in North Otago cricket history. The game that saw Union's Graham Pope hit the winning runs with only one wicket remaining, has been included as part of 20 historic and memorable games in the North Otago website's classic games section. Hopefully reading up on this great game will encourage Union's current class of players to bring back the Borton Cup to KGP next season. The page can be accessed here
