Jason Todd notched up 122 in the game against St Kevin's at King George Park as the Senior Reserves cruised to an easy victory over the school side

Batting first Union scored 272/7 of their 45 over's, with Todd making 122, while Daryl Whitburn (43) and John Anderson (30) also making some good contributions for their side. S Kelleher was the pick of the St Kevin's bowlers taking 3-57.

St Kevin's were in trouble right away with opening bowler Paul Stratton taking two wickets in consecutive balls in the first over of the innings. Things got from bad to worse for the schools side who slumped to 5-4 at one stage and never recovered to be all out for 113. For Union Paul Stratton finished with 2-23 while veteran Glen Marshall was the main wicket-taker for the match took 4-23, Union winning the match by 159 runs.

The Senior Reserves now sit first equal, despite losing a number of player from last season, and are unbeaten so far this season.
