Albion v. Union

Ronald W McDonald
Ronald W McDonald

Only one senior game was played on Saturday, Albion and Union meeting at King George's Park in fine weather. Batting first on a good wicket, Albion made 182, the last three men being responsible for half the total. Union opened unluckily, McBeath being run out through mistaking a substitute who fielded in ordinary clothes. The Gregory and McDonald partnership was a good one, McDonald making 68 without the loss of his wicket.
